PhotoNewbie
As a non-Tech person, I have no idea what is the best Raw Engine to use, Apple or Serif, when developing my photos. Or if it even makes any difference? Here are some details of my setup if these are a need to know: - photos shot in Raw format on a Canon 5d Mark III - computer is a Macbook Pro Please let me know if you need any more details to answer my question. Also it would be awesome if you could tell my why one of those would be better, if it indeed is.

PhotoNewbie
Thank you very much for stating some of the differences. I have been using the Serif Engine from day 1 and after I got used to shooting raw photos, I set the Tone Curve to take no action, so sticking with that sounds like my best option. I take alot of photos of my black faced dog, so those arnt standard pics. But I will try both engines and compare. anon1
