G'day from Australia.

I am getting a strange and annoying prompt which comes up about every hour or so.

I have installed three programs recently, and deleted two, as they were only needed for some diagnostics.

As far as I can recall the only new program on my computer is Affinity Designer.

Every half hour or so I get the prompt in the thumbnail. Resetting the computer does not get rid of the pesty prompt.

Do you think this might be an Affinity prompt, and if so, what can I do to get rid of it? I don't believe it is an Affinity prompt, but you never know so no harm in asking.

Thank you for your help and seeya.

Paul.

Hi Paul,

Our updates uninstall the existing version and install an updated one, so they wouldn't prompt to restart to complete the process. You may want to check Task Manager in Windows to see what else is running.

Thank you Lee. I will have a go at what you have suggested.
