rah1861
On a lot of tools, the sliders are hard to control with a mouse - for example, on the Exposure Adjustment layer control, the slightest mouse movement causes a large change. It would be very helpful if the keyboard arrow keys (either up/down or left/right) were available to give finer control over sliders. I'd suggest that ANY slider should be controllable with the arrow keys, as in a lot of programs. Sorry if this has been requested before or is in the works. :)
carl123
For the Exposure adjustment... Highlight the number next to the slider then the up/down arrow keys will work in increments of "1" For increments of "0.1" hold the shift key when using the up/down arrow keys rah1861 1 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. rah1861
That's interesting, Carl, and exactly what I am looking for. It's too bad all the controls with sliders don't work that way - I tried a bunch of others, and very few do, few enought hat I'm surprised you found that one! ;) That was only just an example, however, I really want all sliders to have that ability. This is not all that unusual - for example, just about every control in Topaz plugins, just about every control in Corel PaintShop (which I am switching FROM), etc. works that way. Thanks!
