The selection tool for colour range is rather limited and doesn't seem to function well at all. If a colour range is selected, whatever the tolerance chosen, the tool selects only the primary when it should select a range related to that primary. I would also suggest that in comparison with other graphics software the selection range is limited. This also applies to the denoise tool where colour range is not available, so that combined with the above it is not possible to denoise a particular range.
