You need to provide a lot more info if you want us to understand what the problem is or how to resolve it. To begin with, which app & OS are you using? Are you working with artboards in AD or something else? Where does the 'scale to fit box' appear? Are you exporting to a different format or trying to print a native format document?

The more detail you can provide, the better & quicker we can help you find a solution.

Mac Sierra , Affinity Photo1.4.3 , loaded in an uncropped jpeg image from Pentax K3 and and selected the scale to fit. Complete image show up on the print image screen but has slight cropping on the final print. Native format scale of pentax is 4 x 6 so there should not be any cropping when printing a full image. Have also tried with an image cropped in Photoshop, still have the same problem. Using a Canon Pixma 8720 printer. Looking to make the change from photoshop because of the printing problems with Sierra and CS6.
