Unable to get windows beta price

Hi when i click on the email link to purchase the new windows version i am unable to be it at the discounted price, am i doing something wrong?

What country and currency do you see when it shows you the price. You can't buy Affinity Designer at full price anywhere on the site at the moment so it's likely to be just a currency problem.

I'm having the same issue  My e-mail states I should get it for 39.99 yet when I click the link it charges 54.99CAD  I'm in Canada

The offer price of $39.99 is for the US and not Canada. The 54.99CAD will be the offer price. We synchronise the region prices with the Apple price matrix to make sure people buying on both platform buy it at the same price.

When reviewing the price conversion between USD and NZD the price came closer to $55, so I assumed that the price that was stated on the email was US or Euro based, But might I make a suggestion, when you quote a price on an email you should state the currency, I was not able to find any indication of the currency on the email so was baffled for a bit when I saw the difference, even if its in the disclaimer at the bottom.

I did see NZD (New Zealand Dollar) on the price, just as states above was confused due to lack of info.

Thanks, the email should have stated the currency. We will try harder to get this right. Sorry for any confusion.
