vplamar Posted November 10, 2016 Share Posted November 10, 2016 I am trying to print 5x7 borderless to a Canon Pro-10 printer. I constantly get printer error 1062. Which says that the width of the paper loaded is is shorter. In the print preview I see that the paper it wants is 8.5 in x 11 in even though I have specified 5x7.
