French translation + missing unit calculation

Hi,

• In the "Configuration" (Setup menu) the oppened window title should read "Configuration du document" instead of "Document Setup"

 

• When we change the unit PIxel to Points, we don't see any difference in the measures, same size are showed for both (it's only happened in the Setup panel),
  I've tried with a new document and the size change between Pixels and Points without problem.
