When importing PSD file (created in photoshop) on some zoom levels text is sliced and haven't transform borders. After editing text everything will ok. I've enabled import PSD text as editable text objects as well and the PSD opens without issue and without the cut off you're getting. I've tried Zooming in and out with no issue either.
