Designer - Export for Print - Colours Off

Hello,

 

I have a PDF that was created by someone for me using AI. This PDF is for my company's business cards. I needed to add a new business card so need to change the name and phone number and export to a new PDF for my printer.

 

When I open the file in Designer (v1.4.3) everything looks good (see screenshot below):

 

When I export the PDF that's generated has the wrong colours (see screenshot below):

 

I'm a complete beginner with these type of things so any help on correcting this would be appreciated.

Hi simonf00,

 

Welcome to the forums.

 

It just may be making sure all the colour profiles match, Designer should detect the one that the PDF was created with. When exporting you just have to make sure it's also set right, if you like, if you PM me a link to the file I can take a look to confirm what settings are needed.
