Clear curves after outlined width

Hi fellow beta tester,

 

One of the operation I prequently use is transform width of a stroke in outline curve.
Unlike Draw Plus X8 is works, bul the shape generated include so many point it worries me, for I prefer few nodes curves. But while DPX8 allows us to clear the curves and so reduce the amount of nodes Afinity Designer seam not. I am right ?

Yes, you are right: the 'Expand Stroke' feature in Affinity Designer currently generates far too many nodes, even if you press the 'Smooth curve' button on the Action toolbar. Serif have acknowledged that this needs some improvement.

Thanks Alfred, I wanted to know if I miss some hiden command to improve that :(

I clearly understand Afinity is still in its childhood but shows already many smart skills to be a serious working tool -_-
