HI I have  accidental mirrored content on the left side pages in 2 my page spreads  of about70 pages (n so far  of 300 page book). . I may have read that that was a bug in V2 that happened after inserting one page.

Can some one please please tell me how to revert these ages back the layout that I created.

I read something about " return or stick to spine", but am not sure where to find this command.

Thank you in advanceimage.png.9c701e0ad9432a7e69859d23943291e8.png

This can happen when you add, move, or delete a single page.

First, add a single page before this page to correct it. Then deselect Page Move Options > Anchor Toward Spine in the Pages panel's menu. Then delete the single page you added. This option will remain off for this document so you will never have the issue again with it, but note that it's on by default for all documents.

Cheers

For others who have a document with a lot of flipped pages because they added, moved, or deleted a single page before deselecting Anchor Toward Spine, here's how to fix those pages.

  1. Select Page Move Options > Anchor Toward Spine in the Pages panel menu again
  2. Add one page before the flipped pages - this will flip them back
  3. Deselect Page Move Options > Anchor Toward Spine in the Pages panel menu
  4. Delete the blank page you added

Hi Mike one more I think related question. Are the symbols here a result of flipping the pages back? I am indebted to you for your help with the flipping back of the pages. I almost have that sorted out. I somehow copied then flipped a large set of pages. Thank you, again, Beverley ( in Victoria) image.png.d0c5da9e6972ac780e2866e59eee9c30.png

Do you mean the multiple section symbols (§) for example around the world null? I assume there are some duplicate text frames there, perhaps left from the page shifting. I suggest examining the layers using the Layers panel and seeing which layers you don't need and which can be deleted.

Good luck.

Hi I was out of town and not using computer. Thanks,I will try looking at the layers.Oooo . I was much more accomplished in Adobe (started with Photoshop in the early 80's. I do like Affinity better, but maybe because I am older, I seem to have a steeper learning curve, so I apprecair your help.
