I've run into a situation where I'm using a number of similar elements inside of other (parent) elements in Designer, and I'm trying to change common properties (ie: stroke width) in all elements, but I am only able to select the parents. It would be helpful to also have a toggle similar to 'Select Hidden Objects' for 'Select Child Objects' (ie. also select child objects with the same attributes).

I also tried using a style for all of the various properties of the the child objects (stroke width, fill color, etc) but as you can't have more than one style applied (ie. you can't layer attributes using styles) this doesn't work as required. Ideally I could apply a 'stroke' style for all of the objects, then apply various fill styles for other objects (I can get around stroke and fill colours using global swatches). Being able to stack styles would also be helpful.
