Image Automatically Changing when Imported Into Affinity

When I open my .cr3 files in the Windows photos app, they change, adding a vignette, and darkening the image. The same changes happen when I open Affinity Photo, but the thumbnail for the .afphoto file looks normal. Is this a normal problem, and how do I fix it?

I have included screenshots of the images in Affinity, and in XnView MP, which works correctly.
