I have a file that was originally made with v1. I'm using 2.6.0 to edit it but I cannot store is as publisher always freezes.

Any advice?

Hi, where are you trying to save the file? If you're trying to save to a folder that is synced to the cloud, or to an external or network drive, try saving to a folder on your internal drive that is not synced.

Which operating system are you using?

Are you able to create a new file and save it somewhere?

Good luck

I tried saving it to my desktop. the file originally was in the iCloud, yes. Yes, I can make a new file, no problem, but saving this file isn't possible. Affinity will freeze although the bar is moving a little bit further today.

Did you open the original file directly from you cloudspace or did you first download it to your desktop?
