Affinity Photo 2 freezing when exporting documents

I am having issues when exporting documents in Affinity Photo2

I have tried this is 2.57, 2.60 and the latest beta and in all version it has the same issue.

When exporting in affinity freezes and the only remedy is to turn off the desktop with the on / off button and reboot.

I did this so many times a few weeks back and the desktop had to go into the shop to be fixed.

This is a brand new desktop, but when running my old lowers spec windows 10 desktop I do not have this issue.

I know others had issues with exporting but none of the workarounds worked for me plus it is reported as fixed in beta whereas my beta still has this issue so I have to assume it is a different issue.

I have tried turning the Hardware acceleration on and off in the Performance tab but the issue remains the same.

I have a Nvidea GeFORCE GTX 1070 graphics card but that has the latest drivers installed

Ist ein bekanntes Problem ab Windows 11 24h2, passiert aber nicht nur beim Exportieren.
Du musst die Hardwarebeschleunigung in Affinity Photo deaktivieren, bis das Problem mal von jemandem behoben wird.

I have the latest update for windows and my driver, I have unticked the acceleration option under performance.

I am on the beta version and it still locks when exporting Affinity Photo 2 to jpg

How do we get serif to investigate whether this is an affinity / windows or nvidia issue snd take the appropriate action to get a fix?

Vielleicht sollte jeder Betroffene einen eigenen Thread aufmachen, vielleicht merken die das dann. Hab auch den Eindruck, dass Serif versucht das auszusitzen ...
