vnorton Posted January 31 Posted January 31 I am a first time user of Affinity V2. Using MacBook Pro and Sequoia 15.2. When opening a RAW file I get a black screen and the picture does not open. Am I doing something incorrectly or is this a software issue? see my screenshot Quote
Hangman Posted January 31 Posted January 31 Hi @vnorton and welcome to the forums, Nikon Z6 III RAW file support has been added to Affinity Photo 2.6 which is currently in Beta RC2 so should hopefully be officially launched soon... The Z6 III isn't supported in Affinity Photo 2.5.7 which is why you're likely seeing the black screen... If you can upload one of your RAW files we can confirm that it opens without issue in the 2.6 Beta for peace of mind... A full list of supported cameras for 2.5.7 can be found here and for 2.6.0 here... Hangman Posted January 31 Posted January 31 Hi @vnorton, Thanks for the file... Just to confirm the file opens without issue in 2.6 and shows three children on a trampoline in the garden...
