Trale Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Apologies if this has been asked before; I did my best to comb through the search and couldn't see it. I need to be able to bind the undo/redo buttons to an external keypad, but there doesn't appear to be an option to. Neither of them are on the Shortcuts list at all. Is there really no way to rebind those like you can with the other tools? Or am I missing something? I hope there is, otherwise I bought this program and can't actually use it. Quote

Currently, Undo/Redo can be accomplished by either: Screen gestures, 2-finger tap for Undo, 3-finger tap for Redo, or using the History panel, or using the Undo Brush and Snapshots. Help: https://affinity.help/photo2ipad/en-US.lproj/pages/DesignAids/undo.html Or, Using the on-screen buttons, enabled using the application Settings, User Interface. Screenshot below. Or, Using keyboard shortcuts, Cmd+Z (Undo) and Shift+Cmd+Z (Redo) by default as shown in the Help for Keyboard Shortcuts: https://affinity.help/photo2ipad/en-US.lproj/pages/Workspace/shortcuts.html but these seem to be hard-coded and not configurable. These work with my iPad configuration (see signature) but may depend on the exact iPad hardware, keyboard, iPadOS release level, and Affinity application level. There is, however, a logged bug AF-3930 which describes an error where the Undo/Redo shortcuts do not work while editing text in an Affinity document.
