Files don't show up

My designs in Affinity don't appear in my folders. I've updated Affinity and restarted my computer, but I can't find a solution despite exploring various options. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Although I haven't purchased the latest Affinity Designer, I never encountered issues like this with the previous version.

Which version do you use ? With which OS ?

There was a known issue on Mac with Sequoia: [AF-3857] [macOS] Native Affinity files not generating thumbnail previews in Sequoia. It has been fixed in Affinity v.2.5.6.2887.

I'm currently on Sequoia 15.11. Thanks for sharing the link. It appears that many others are experiencing the same problem. I'm still using AD1. Do I need to purchase the AD2 to get rid of this issue?

I cannot answer for sure but AFAIK Serif isn't going to update V1.
So if can't tell if you need to, I can say that if you purchase V2 you'll get rid of it.

I think you are right. I wish I had purchased the new AD when they had the sale last year. I had not been doing any work for a few months; therefore, I had no idea about the issue.
