Affinity v.2.5.7 - The "Adjustment" dropdowns icons are all exactly the same and named "(Default)", regardless of the adjustment I choose!

When I click on an icon specific Adjustment, the related tool pops-up and works normally, but the icons remain as they were...

I’m not seeing the same thing here with 2.5.7 on Windows.

You could try launching the application while holding the CTRL key and then choosing only “Reset Adjustments” (in the “All Affinity 2 apps” section) and then pressing the Clear button seeing if that fixes it. (Any user-defined adjustment presets might be deleted.)
