Rabalias Posted January 7 Posted January 7 I'm getting a problem where Affinity Publisher crashes, like, a lot. I can't see a clear pattern to it: I'll open a document, make some changes, all is well. Then I'll adjust a font size, or add some new text to a text box, or make some other seemingly everyday sort of change, and the programme crashes. It's happening frequently enough that I can't make progress editing my documents. I'm aware that there are some issues with windows updates - I've had a look at some recommended uninstall lists but I don't see any that match the ones on my machine. The screenshot below shows what I've got installed, LMK if I need to uninstall one of those. Quote
Rabalias Posted January 9 Author Posted January 9 So... what do I do to get help, given nobody has suggested a solution to this? Quote
MikeTO Posted January 9 Posted January 9 I don't have a Windows PC so I can't help but these types of issues are sometimes related to the GPU. Try turning off hardware acceleration in Settings > Performance. Good luck.
