doa Posted January 6 Posted January 6 On my current project I have been using Ctrl + Shift + M a lot to replace images. My workflow has been to setup image frames and text frames and then copy and paste to create a new section. In the new section I change the text and then update the existing images to different ones. This was working fine, but now all of a sudden it is not working for me. I select the image that I want to change, press Ctrl + Shift + M, browse to the new image, and then press the Enter key. The original image is not replaced - the only thing I can do is place the new image somewhere else. I have even created my own identically sized images (.png) to test this out, and still cannot get it to work. Quote
walt.farrell Posted January 6 Posted January 6 This may depend on your exact document setup, specifically whether you are using Picture Frames or not, and if you are using them, whether you have selected the Frame itself or the image within the Frame in the Layers panel. So please provide more information, possibly including screenshots of the full application window including the Layers panel, or a screen recording so we can see more details. doa Posted January 6 Author Posted January 6 It looks like that is what my problem is, thank you Walt. When I right click on the images and convert them to picture frames the replace function works. I don't know how I went from having picture frames to not having them, but I know how to fix it. Thanks again! Quote
