  1. Text style names are case insensitive, so you can name one style "Test" and another “test” and Publisher won't show the alert style name already used. I think the alert should not be case sensitive.
  2. If you do create "Test" and "test", the Text Styles panel will alpha sort them properly. But popup lists such as the ones in the Context Toolbar, Paragraph and Character panels, Notes panel, etc.), sort the list A-Z followed by a-z, so "Test" and "test" won't be together in the list, making it harder to spot the duplicate.
