Assets panel shows assets, but the content is gone

When I first downloaded Affinity there were some freebies of Paper Farms for Falling Snow, Fog, Rain, and Rainbows, and Snow. After the upgrades over the years, now I can see the Assets groups in my panel, but when I click on them they're empty. Are they no longer compatible? Do I need to reinstall them?

Add-Ons purchased in the Affinity Store are compatible with V2. Keep in mind, some add-ons are only available in either pixel or vector personas.

To download add-ons purchased in the Affinity Store, in Affinity apps, click the user icon on the right side of the Toolbar.

Thank you, it turns out I was signed out of the app. Incidentally, the sign in window says I don't need to be online or signed in to use my purchases, but actually you do, because they didn't show up when I was signed out.

I'm happy to have them back! Thanks for your help
