Crop and all editing functions not working

Hi,

I just purchased the account and for some reason nothing is working when I try to edit my photo. I click crop and the instructions are to drag handles to set crop if I'm using unconstrained and it shows the cursor to do it, but it won't work when I use my touch pad to click and drag. 

 

If I try blur it doesn't work. Nothings working. 

 

My phone number is <MODERATED> as well. Can you please get back to me asap? I'm trying to finish my holiday cards.

Hi @Nichole Tolani apologies for the late response,

Is this something you're still having issues with? If could you confirm what Operating System you're using and if you're referring to the Laptop/Macbook trackpad? Try disabling 'Force touch context menu' in the app settings -> tools.

Do these functions work with a mouse input?
