Hello!

I'm new to using affinity suite, and struggling with something basic. On Affinity Publisher 2 I made a 2-page CV. Both pages look normal and as expected, but page 2 after exporting to PDF looks quite strange. Many shapes that are bold and in colour end up having a tacky outline around them. Only one bit of text shows this on the actual file, see image attached for page number '2'. As you can see it has no stroke or outline colour selected, however it has a pink outline.

When I print the document all the bold fonts have an outline around them, as well as a coloured rectangle on the left with a black border. I don't undestand as on the PDF document it isn't visible.

How can I fix this? it's driving me crazy.

thank you!

Sorry for the delayed response, @FrancoB.

If you're still having the problem, it would be useful to see more information from the Paragraph panel, and also the Character panel, with the text cursor just after that "2" character (or with the "2") selected.

If you can share the .afpub document (possibly with the rest of the text replaced by dummy text if you prefer), that would also be useful.
