I have attached a picture of the error message. The file is saved on the internal drive. It was saved to OneDrive however was deleted. I have McAffee installed for virus protection. The File was working perfectly yesterday and was saved. It is now not opening. The file is a visual perspective created for an architecture project. Do you mean you first saved it to a folder managed by OneDrive, then later saved it to one not managed by OneDrive? In any case, the file you uploaded contains no usable data, just binary zeros. Serif recommends not saving to folders managed by cloud providers (such as OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.) but rather saving to stand-alone folders and then copying the files to a cloud-managed folder (if you need to) later. laylg12
Yes I saved it to my computer which automatically syncs things with one drive. In an attempt to see if it would help open it, I deleted it from one drive and kept it just on my computer (unsynced) however this also didn’t work.
