Snap to table lines

I want to align picture frame to table cell. It snaps only to edges but not to inner lines of table.

Two ways I found.

1. Set cell insets to 0. Check cell size. Make picture frame same size. Insert picture frame to cell.

2. Make copy of table, convert it to curves in vector persona, use table grid layer for snapping.

Still table snapping would be appreciated.
