Broken Affinity photo on new PC After installing it on a new PC, Affinity Photo still freezes after the second click.

The license is active. I no longer use it on the old Notebook. I don't know if I have to buy a new one or deactivate the original PC somewhere.

I read in the conditions that I can use both a laptop and a PC. So I don't know what the problem is. I have done the installation several times and it still doesn't work.

Do you have any advice for me? Is it possible to do a reset or do I have to buy a new license. Or the problem will be elsewhere. Designer works fine for me.

Any advice please?

Thank you Sincerely, Karel Provázek

Welcome to the forums @Broken Affinity photo on n,

Sorry to hear that, could you confirm if you're using Photo V1 or V2 and also check that it's updated to the latest version? (V1.10.6 for V1, V2.5.5 for V2)

Additionally, are you able to provide us with a few recent crash reports generated from Photo and confirm at what specific stage the app gets to before crashing? The FAQ(s) linked below detail how to find these.

Where to find crash reports V2:

Many thanks
