Affinity Photo/Designer/Publisher V2, how to back up settings (workspaces, styles, layouts, assets, templates, brushes, etc) from the windowsapp version?

Title. I've been having a lot of issues with the version I installed, and wanted to install it as the EXE instead not in the windowsapp stuff.
But I can't find where to back up my settings? Workspaces, styles, layouts, assets, templates, brushes, etc?

Help please!
I'm using Windows 10.

The FAQ below will tell you where the directories and files are. However, uninstalling will not remove them if you use the standard Windows Uninstall process.

Additionally, the first time you run the version installed using the EXE/MSI installer it will detect the MSIX data and make use of it automatically.

So, after you do a backup, I would just Uninstall the version you have now by taking Windows to uninstall them, install using the EXE/MSI and you should automatically have everything you need without further actions.
