mdesigns
Hi all, On this one page, I am getting the Picture Frame Rectangle Tool sitting over my content. How do I remove it?
GarryP
The black crossed lines tell you that the Picture Frame layer has no image content. To remove a layer, one way (there are many) is to right-click it in the Layers Panel and choose “Delete” from the menu. However, without seeing more of your application window, to see how the document is constructed, I don’t know if that would cause other problems. Note: When giving us screenshots it’s best to give us full-screen screenshots (the whole application UI), preferably including the Layers Panel, so we can see all that you can see. We can all ‘zoom in’ to see details that are there if we need to but we can’t ‘zoom out’ to see details that aren’t given.
mdesigns
My apologies, GarryP. Does this Layer screenshot help?

mdesigns
Sorry again, GarryP. Here is the full UI screenshot attached. I am using a Master Page. Like all the other pages of images, all I did was place the image on this page. I haven't done anything different to the others and they are all fine. mdesigns
This is how I fixed the issue for now: Click on the image on the Pages panel. Right-click> Clear Masters (everything on the page gets deleted). Copy over the image from another page that is correct. Replace the image. Re-apply Masters to the specific page. That solved the problem. GarryP
GarryP
Thanks for telling us how you fixed it. I thought there might be an extra Picture Frame layer in there somewhere but I couldn’t tell.
