super_average_gunpla
I just tried using all three v2 apps without a network connection and none of them work. They all hang at “2.5.5 - Loading Configuration…”. Once they finally open they are 100 % unresponsive. Can’t open existing files and can’t create new ones. Is this working as intended? Thanks. walt.farrell
Had you run them previously (before they updated to 2.5.5)? Had you run them subsequent to them updating to 2.5.5, while you did have a network connection? Or was this your first try after they updated? Do you have a purchased licence, or are you running the Trial? That behavior shouldn't be intentional, but figuring out what happened may require more details. super_average_gunpla
Hi Walt, Thank you for the quick response. - Photo and Designer all ran previously and subsequently to 2.5.5 update. -Publisher was only installed this morning, while connected to my network but only opened while offline. -I do have a purchased license. Regards, Marc
super_average_gunpla
Update: Apps are working offline again. Possible culprits: 1. Pending iPadOS update. 2. Not running Publisher after installing while connected to network. I connected to network and resolved both of the above. Disconnected from network and all apps are working. Thanks. walt.farrell
