No selection or mask buttons in affinity designer when the pen tool is selected

In Designer, when the pen tool is selected I don't have the "selection" or "mask" buttons on the context tool bar.

Any idea?

The Mask/Selection options are in Photo. Plus when using Artboards, the Artboard is a Mask.

Thanks Ron, my bad. But isn't there a way to turn a path into a selection in Designer at all?

You can in the Pixel Persona. (In Windows), just CTL + Click on the Thumbnail in the Layers Panel,  of your path. Affinity does not use "Path", they're Curves.
