sdkrt
Hello everyone. While I absolutely love both Designer and Photo, on the other hand my impressions about Publisher are just frustrations so far. Went through the whole help documentation, checked every possible video that I could find on YouTube and there is still no way to figure this thing out and prevent it from happening so it's safe to assume that I'm at fault here (the title of the post). So please excuse my dumb question but how to stop this text overlapping without making the whole text smaller so the sentence can fit in one line/row? I copy/pasted the text directly from Notepad, both in InDesign and here in Publisher, zero issues to achieve desired look in InDesign, six hours (and counting) of researching how to make it happen in Publisher. Help please? 😥
Oufti
As long as you have Align to Baseline Grid checked in the Paragraph panel, leading settings are overridden. Uncheck that and you will have 5 pts leading as indicated in your screen capture. Sam LaGargouille and sdkrt 1 1 Quote Affinity Suite 2.5 – Monterey 12.7.5 – MacBookPro 14" 2021 M1 Pro 16Go/1To I apologise for any approximations in my English.
