Using a nice youtube explanation

I created headers for a German nonfiction book which worked well. Unfortunately the wrong font is used (Adobe Garamond Pro), not ScalaSans which I attributed to the text style. Any ideas to get rid of the wrong font? Thanks in advance-

Hi @elbchaussee,

You can style the Running Header on the Master Page, if you select the Running Header field on the Master Page and set the font to ScalaSans.  Your running header will then use that Font.  The text style you created to apply to the text is just to identify which text should be shown as the running header.

Hope that helps :)

Great, stokerg, that helped.

APub is a wonderful programm!

Next task is the layout for a 1.800 pages linguistics book AND 560 illustrations/figures.

Seeing your town (Nottingham, where I've been in 1999) and your profession ("Staff") I wonder if you have any experiences with these large file sizes. Or would you recommend to have a single file for every of the eight chapters of the linguistics book?

Thanks again!

For this i would recommend separate chapters and the Book function in Publisher.  If you see here and the links under the heading 'See Also' it explains the process.  There's also a video tutorial here which shows the process as well :)
