Add SELECTION of default unit mesurement in Settings panel

In the Settings panel, "User interface sub-panel" it would be nice to have the possibility to chose a default unit type other than pixel. I would often need mm as default instead of pixel, in tools like "Resize Document" or "Resize Canevas", etc…
