Hey what is the alternative shortcut for free transform (ctrl+t) from photoshop.

I want to extend a part of an image, by using the rectangle marque tool and drag it to extend that part of image by using free transform. I tried google and everywhere for the answer but I cant find the way. So anyone please help

Welcome to the forums @Reitei17,

The Affinity apps don’t have an equivalent ‘Free Transform Tool’, but all the functions that are a part of that tool are available throughout the app. For example:

- The Skew, Rotation and transform options are all available from the ‘Transform’ panel or via the object handles with the move tool selected.

- The ‘Rotate’ and ‘Flip’ options can be found under the ‘Document’ menu or can be added onto your toolbar via View > Customise Toolbar.

- The ‘Perspective’ function is available as a non-destructive live filter via Layer > New Live Filter > Distort or applied destructively via the Perspective Tool in the tools list.

After Creating your marquee selection on your pixel layer, if you switch over to the Move tool (V) you’ll be able to transform the pixel selection area to expand/stretch it to your desired size.
