Hello,

I'm having this issue when exporting a PDF for print. These white boxes appear on layers that Ive use an "invert" adjustment. I only see these boxes when exporting svg or pdf. However if I just add a black background, PDF preview doesn't show these white boxes. Any idea why?

Thanks in Advance

Thank you for your quick reply. I did create the rough elements in affinity photo, so they should be raster. I will see how I can modify this effect.

Thanks again.

Just a follow up question. Is that a normal thing that happens when using the "erase" transparency mode? Or is it because Im using that mode with a vector layer above a rasterized layer?

For the record, "Erase" will always rasterize. Adjustments and certain other layer blend modes will also always rasterize.
If you want to have vector export, use compound subtract:

Thanks for this. I normally do so when using two vector objects. Just found it weird that it wouldn't export as is, but when only adding a black background, no white boxes appear on PDF export. Even with the layer using erase blend mode.
