How can I make this simple shape in AD2?

I looked to see if this augmented square was a preset in Affinity Designer 2, but I can't seem to find how to easily create this shape. Any ideas?

I know you can make a sparkle shape with the Star tool as described in this thread but I'm unsure how to create that more curved shape.

Attached is a short video showing how to make the basic shape using two different methods:

1. Star Tool;
2. Polygon Tool.

Note: If the shape has the same width and height then the Rectangle Tool (with Concave Corners) can be used but it doesn’t work if the width and height are different.
