AtomTik Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 When I print some areas are gray instead of black. I can actually see them in the print preview. They seem to match the blue lines when I select some objects. Thanks for any input. Quote
walt.farrell Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 What color format is your document, and what color are the areas that seem to print gray rather than black? AtomTik Posted March 5, 2024 Author Posted March 5, 2024 CMYK/8 and HSL: 11 28 2. I'm pretty new to this game Thanks Quote
walt.farrell Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 Thanks. I would normally use RGB (rather than CMYK) for a home printer, and I don't have any specific experience with your printer, but for CMYK I would probably choose that color. Are you using Coated paper? If not, an Uncoated color profile might be better (but again, I don't usually print in CMYK at home, and never with your printer).
