Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

You can't open Affinity native file formats (afdesign and afphoto) directly in a mobile device since those are proprietary formats. There's no apps able to read them. You have to export your work (menu File ▸ Export) as a JPG, PNG or another generic format to be able to see them.
