This is a little tricky to explain...

If I select a text frame, and enter a percentage in the Transform box, the text frame changes size, but the font size remains the same (and even reflows if the frame change is large enough).

Is it possible to scale the size of the type itself? - the same as if dragging the "scale handle", but with the precision of an exact percent entry.

Thanks!

  1. lock the W/H fields
  2. click the Scale Override button
  3. make sure Text Frame Content: Scale With Object is selected
  4. type n % into either W or H field
