If you can open the UV maps in Affinity, you should be able to edit and save them to an appropriate file format for Second Life and then upload to Second Life. You need to research Second Life to determine file format, size, etc. There is probably a wealth of information to be found online and on YouTube.

i have looked but they all use photo shop but the files are jpg and psd  files i was trying to see if the way they are done on photo shop b/c i really dont care to much for ps but if you want the link to where i got the uv maps b/c every one use them to make clothing and tattoo https://www.robinwood.com/Catalog/Technical/SL-Tuts/SLPages/AVUVTemplates.html
