rickei Posted February 24 Share Posted February 24 (edited) I am having trouble with Affinity Photo and Designer(Mac OS) today. When I open the app it asks me to sign in?? After signing in the app crashes. It did manage to open once but the toolbar is floating and will not dock(weird), then after a minute it crashed again. Staff NathanC Posted February 25 Staff Share Posted February 25 Welcome to the forums @rickei, I'd recommend following the below to reset your app account data and activation state: Close all affinity apps Hold down CTRL and launch Designer 2 while still holding CTRL A 'Clear user data' menu should prompt, tick 'Reset Account Data' and 'De-activate affinity 2 apps' at the bottom Press 'Clear' and the app should now launch, try signing in again and confirm if the crashes persist. rickei 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
