Affinity_Pro Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 Hi It would be great to have more options when using Overlay Gradient tool in Develop persona. In the attached image "Photo persona" you can see lots of keyboard modifiers at bottom of screen e.g. hold shift to to align to axis. I have also attached image "snapping in photo persona" which shows how the gradient tool can work with snapping to show for example the centre of the canvas. This does not work in Develop persona even with snapping switched on. Summary of missing features including: no keyboard modifiers available like with Gradient Tool in Photo Persona no ability to snap and see lines e.g. mid/centre line ability to reposition the gradient line itself (currently you can either click and drag on the canvas to create a new gradient OR move the start or end point) ability to move the mid-point on the gradient line and change the slope of the gradient These are all very useful and would be great to these options in Develop persona.
