bug Mac OS Affinity photo V2

Bonjour,

mon application affinity photo 2 ne s'ouvre plus du tout depuis la dernière mise à jour que j'ai faite aujourd'hui, je suis sur Mac OS Monterey V12.7.2. quand j'essaye d'ouvrir Affinity photoV2 une page de démarrage avec le logo s'ouvre puis plus rien , j'ai essayé de désinstaller l'application pour la réinstaller depuis mon compte Affinity mais le problème persiste, l'application ne s'ouvre pas , 

Pouvez vous me donner la solution à mon problème ?

Hi @fourcade anne and welcome to the forums.

First, try restarting macOS. That probably won't solve it but it's worth trying first.

Second, try starting Affinity Photo while Ctrl is held down. (Press and hold Ctrl immediately after clicking the app icon.) The Clear User Data screen will appear. The screenshot below is for Publisher but it's similar to Photo - click the Effacer button in the bottom right and hopefully Photo will now start.
