The start screen (see below) doesn't follow to my 2nd screen where I run the apps. Everytime I load one of them and the program itself loads on screen two (Wacom Cintiq) the start screen is always on screen one (Apple Cinema Display). Pretty sure that's a bug. When i work on external monitor, than close Publisher and disconect it, and then open Publisher again i got such windows (this known issue, window-->Zoom solves it) But when i try to open Resource manager or Data merge, that i used on external monitor before it open in my computer out of screen.
