pioneer Posted December 8, 2023 Posted December 8, 2023 Good morning. Just curious if anybody has created a burnt edge macro. Or how would one create this effect in Affinity photo. GarryP Posted December 8, 2023 Posted December 8, 2023 Can you give us a visual example (or, preferably, more then one) of what you mean by “a burnt edge”? Quote
pioneer Posted December 8, 2023 Author Posted December 8, 2023 Hi @GarryP As requested. I did this in Filter Forge. Quote AMD Ryzen 7 5800 X. GarryP Posted December 8, 2023 Posted December 8, 2023 Thanks for the example. That could probably be done with a couple of brushes, one to erase the edges roughly, then another to add the dark rough edges. (Not sure if that could be with brushes in a macro though as I never use macros.) You could have a look at the GMIC plug-in to see if that has something useful. Quote
