Burnt edges

Good morning.  Just curious if anybody has created a burnt edge macro.  Or how would one  create this effect in Affinity photo.  Cheers John

Can you give us a visual example (or, preferably, more then one) of what you mean by “a burnt edge”?

That could probably be done with a couple of brushes, one to erase the edges roughly, then another to add the dark rough edges.
(Not sure if that could be with brushes in a macro though as I never use macros.)

You could have a look at the GMIC plug-in to see if that has something useful.
