Printer "prints" only white paper

Hello!

 

I'm using Photo 2 (2.2.1). I repeatedly tried to print a jpg picture. I used 2 printers (Brother, HP) to check. Result: both of them brother HP "printed" only white paper!white paper, no picture,

No picture!

Strange: with CorelDRAW they printed!!

What may be the reason?? I am a newbie...What can I do??

Welcome to the forums @Ronna,

If you're on Windows I would initially suggest going into the 'Rasterise' menu in the print dialog and then checking the 'Rasterise entire page' box and then printing to confirm if the image then prints correctly.

Failing that, could you advise which MacOS or Windows version you're currently using and provide a copy of the document saved as an .afphoto file?
