Failed to load document，What to do？

Save normally, open again  Failed to load document，Can you help me see if this file can still be opened?

If you have Publisher as well, you can try to recover faulty documents by starting a new document in Publisher and then use; Document > Add pages from file…
Then navigate to your faulty document and choose it.
After doing that I found a layer that wasn’t behaving and possibly the sauce of the corruption…🤔
I deleted it and then Copy/Pasted everything into a new Designer document. (Attached but it needs tidying up some!☺️)
